Fire Safety Management

🔒 Regulations and Plans: Responsible for preparing and updating fire safety regulations, operating procedures, and emergency plans to ensure clear guidelines for fire safety operations.

🔍 Inspections: Organize fire safety inspections to identify and eliminate fire hazards promptly. If issues are discovered during inspections, follow up with the relevant departments and individuals to ensure corrections are made and results are monitored.

🔧 Equipment Maintenance: Manage and maintain the agency's firefighting equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition. Conduct regular inspections, repairs, and maintenance.

📚 Training and Drills: Organize fire safety training and drills to enhance employees' awareness and emergency management skills. Training will cover fire laws, safety knowledge, and firefighting techniques. Periodic drills will simulate real fire scenarios to test employees' responses and rescue abilities.


Firefighting Team Building

👨‍🚒 Team Establishment: Establish and manage the agency's firefighting team or volunteer team, responsible for selecting, training, and evaluating team members to enhance team quality and performance.

🏋️‍♂️ Training Plans: Develop training plans for the firefighting team, organizing exercises in skills and tactics to ensure members can effectively carry out firefighting and rescue operations during incidents.

🔧 Equipment Management: Ensure that the firefighting team's equipment is complete, in good condition, and regularly maintained. Provide necessary protective gear and firefighting tools to team members.


Fire Incident Management

🚨 Emergency Activation: In the event of a fire, immediately activate the emergency plan and manage the firefighting team for extinguishment and rescue operations. Promptly inform management and relevant units about the fire situation, and cooperate in the investigation and management of the incident.

🔥 Fire Containment: During fire incident management, take measures to prevent the spread of the fire by evacuating trapped individuals and salvaging important property and documents.

📊 Incident Analysis: Summarize and analyze the fire incident to identify causes and lessons learned, and propose improvements to prevent future occurrences.


Other Tasks

🤝 Collaboration: Maintain close relationships with local fire departments and cooperate in their efforts. Stay informed about changes in fire safety laws and policies, and provide recommendations for improvements to agency executives.

📑 Document Management: Responsible for managing fire safety documentation, preparing and updating records related to fire safety work, including maintenance logs for firefighting equipment, fire safety inspections, and training records.

📝 Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks assigned by agency executives related to fire safety operations.

Requirement

🔍 Strong knowledge of fire safety, including understanding fire laws and regulations, as well as relevant technical standards and requirements.

🔧 Familiarity with the principles, operation, and maintenance of firefighting equipment, such as automatic fire alarm systems, automatic firefighting systems, and fire hose systems.

🛠️ Experience in managing fire safety, including the ability to develop and update fire safety management regulations and emergency plans.

⚖️ Ability to effectively assess risks and identify fire hazards, with the capacity to discover and eliminate potential dangers in a timely manner.

🏗️ Knowledge of construction procedures and fire project inspections, with the ability to oversee and evaluate project quality.

Management Skills

👔 Outstanding leadership abilities to guide and manage the firefighting team, ensuring smooth operations in fire safety.

Educational Background and Qualifications

💻 Proficient in using Office programs.

🎓 A bachelor’s degree or higher in fire protection engineering, safety engineering, or a related field is required.

🏅 Candidates with a registered fire protection engineering license or related fire safety certification will be given special consideration.
