Coordinate the staff recruitment process Including job announcements, interviews and recruitment.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Relationships with employees:
Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Mediates conflicts and facilitates resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
Performance management:
Assist in developing and implementing a performance evaluation system.
Provide advice and support to managers and employees regarding performance issues.
Training and Development:
Acting as an intermediary between the company and BOI officials.
Manage BOI related inquiries and communications.
General Administration (GA):
Office management:
Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage office equipment facilities and facilities
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments. as needed
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in human resources and general management
Have good knowledge of BOI rules and regulations.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Expert in Microsoft Office Suite
Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
Have the ability to use Thai and English.
